Well, I am finally done my first semester! After an afternoon of celebration with friends and a day of relaxation, it was time to get into the holiday spirit. Although I am known to LOVE this time of year, I must say that it was difficult to even think of Christmas amidst all of our exams and work. I set off this morning to do ALL of my shopping in one day (I was almost successful...two more things to pick up tomorrow!) and once I got into the mall with the Christmas music, decorations, and lights I just couldn't suppress my instinct to purchase all of the cute Christmas decorations that I saw. I was planning to wait until I got home (Lethbridge) to decorate, and even though I only have one day to enjoy my new Christmas-y place, it was totally worth it! When I got home I put on the Christmas carols, lit the apple cider candles, and went into full holiday decoration mode. What can I say, I love the holidays!
